Nice puzzle, I like the move with 2 blacks in the middle. Seems very basic, but I have never seen that before.

Near the end it becomes very easy, but I like the break-in and the layout a lot.

Very nice, on the hardish side but still entirely solvable by (nice) logic

Beautiful puzzle!
Nice puzzle, not so good puzzle description. "Colour some cells to create a continuous shape that contains no 2x2 square." This clearly says that you cannot have 2x2 squares so all of those should automatically be out. Turns out that you want it to mean "2x2 square that is not a single cell", but that is not clear at all. Another problem is that the statement says "Numbers in a cell denote the lengths of the sequences of connected neighbouring coloured" and while the most direct interpretation would be what you did, one might also think that if a 2x2 cell neighbours a number in two different 1x1 spots, it counts as two, sort of like in a recent mellowmellon's puzzle.
I would strongly suggest changing the tapa description to accomodate this sort of puzzles if we are to see more of them in the future.

Cheers

I liked the break-in a lot. The remainder of the puzzle seemed a bit too easy compared to the start, still a very solid puzzle, well done!
