It's in the same world where DEA minus FBI leaves NSA 
I tried to imitate some other puzzles and make the proper addition (and multiplication) schemas, that means the summands on top of each other, and then the result under a line. But I couldn't get it at the studio. Perhaps I'd need more instructions for using it, or the possibility to look at the "source code" of earlier puzzles.
However, I guess that in this case the puzzle looks neater in the simpler form.

I'm not sure in what world the DEA + the FBI = NASA, but the puzzle works great.
