This is a very nice puzzle but it's more of a 1* and definitely not a 3*

Keep in mind that solving times play a huge role in determining the difficulty rating shown on the site, and larger puzzles usually take longer to solve that smaller puzzles that use the same techniques. While the opinion of the author and the judges regarding the difficulty bears more weight than a single solving time, as more people solve the puzzle, perhaps the rating will go down. In my opinion, I don't think a puzzle of this size is beginner-friendly enough for a one-star rating, simply because the size could prove to be intimidating.

I really hate being critical (despite what Grant's Review Corner might suggest), but I'm failing to see how this puzzle incorporates the "antisymmetry" theme from the contest prompt, if it was even intended for the contest in the first place. It's a great puzzle, though, and I like how the 5's and PP are worked into it.

thanks grant. The requirement of antisymmetry or even a symmetric placement of givens wasnt as basic as solvability and use of certain basic
loop techniques was.I chose to stick with the theme, and when i started
building the puzzle,i really liked the way it was progressing, specially from the bottom-centre to the centre right.Just could not resist completing the puzzle.

Two minor bugs: you can't place a mark on the right side of the top of the two black ball in the bottom right corner, and on the bottom side of the left of the two white balls in the top right corner.

Good catch. The puzzle will be withdrawn until this is fixed.

I somehow can't seem to solve this puzzle; even if I press the 'reveal' button it tells me i'm having the wrong solution? Does anyone know what's going on?

The solution is empty. So although you solved it, your answer is being compared with an empty solution.
