3-4 Tapa
Is the answer format same than in the example? Firstly i have to read the row and after the column?
And why not do you use Serkan's answer format. It is easier to type 11,1 than WWWWB etc.
6 Heyawake:
Do I have to use commas, or just write the numbers?
(I have same question about the similar puzzles: Star battle, turning snake, grand prix, Slitherlink, Sheeps and wolves, LITS)
For instance you don't use commas in Lawmowerman.

3-4:
I like the format you suggested.Thankyou.
6:
as all answers are checked using a program, the answer format for all puzzles was designed by the organizer, presumably to maintain uniformity.
Commas are preferred, they are required for some puzzles(slitherlink,LITS). I recommend using commas,to minimize manual checking.

Could you show me the answer to the turning snake? I've looked at it a few times now and I keep running into the same logic dead end I ran into during the competition.

Unfortunately, the correct one was not uploaded to the final pdf.On the bottom right, the two rectangles should actually be a single 3x2 rectangle.
apologies. i relied on the organiser and didnt check the final pdf thoroughly, although he had advised to check it.That was the only wrong region in the puzzle.
